Refund and cancellation policy

The detailed Kundli Milan report is a digital product generated for your birth details and delivered immediately after payment.

When we refund

• You paid but did not receive the report, and we cannot deliver it within 24 hours.
• You were charged twice for the same report.
• The report could not be generated because of a technical fault on our side.

Write to info@cele-brat.com within 7 days of payment with your payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

When we cannot refund

Because the report is delivered instantly, we cannot refund once it has been delivered, including for incorrect birth details entered at the time of purchase. If you made a mistake in the details, write to us and we will regenerate the report once with the corrected details at no charge.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before payment is completed.
