Celebrat Ventures ("we") runs kundli.cele-brat.in under the Cele-Brat brand. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Birth details you enter: names, dates, times and places of birth. We use them to calculate the match and muhurat results.
• Contact details you choose to give: your name, email and phone number, when you save a result, share it, see couple-specific dates or buy a report.
• Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference, never your card or bank details.

Why we use it

• To show your results and deliver your report by email and WhatsApp.
• To issue a GST invoice and keep records required by law.
• If you tick the consent box, to contact you about Cele-Brat wedding services (photography, planning and related offers). You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (Google Workspace) and Meta's WhatsApp Business platform (report delivery), and only for those purposes.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on our own server in a database used only by this service. We keep contact details until you ask us to delete them, and invoice records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to info@cele-brat.com. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your language choice in your browser.
